A huge thank you to all of you that came out to support Charity, Ella and Johanna last night. Thanks to you, The Woods Lounge and our amazing entertainment, we were able to pull together $9,500 towards the girls education and housing fund.
Many have asked what "Standing in the Gap" is all about (seen on the blue shirts of last night's organizers). Others may remember this phrase used at the funeral service. The message is this: We know that we can never fill the absence of Derek and Dylan in the girls' lives, but we also know that if enough of us help stand in the Gap that was left, we can make it a little easier for Charity, Ella and Johanna as they establish a new normal.

Join us Tuesday, May 10, from 3:00 - 8:00 PM at The Grand Woods Lounge (downtown, behind the arena on Grandville) to raise support for Charity and the girls. This is a family-oriented event, all ages are welcome.
$10 for adults, $5 for kids
Admission includes a free food buffet, raffle, and live entertainment.
All admission proceeds go to the family of Derek and Dylan Taatjes.
